Travel Stuff

• Travelocity- The perfect site to find the best airfares and make hotel reservations for your trip.  Check out the fare watcher service which will keep an eye on your chosen destination and let you know the current lowest fares

• Northwest Airlines Cybersavers- Every Wednesday on this page, Northwest lists discounted fares for that weekend going to or from Detroit, Minneapolis/Saint Paul, and Memphis.  So if you can fly out of these locations, or want to fly to them, this is a great chance for a spontaneous weekend getaway.

• Grand Bahama Vacations- Current listing of packages available at the Princess Resorts in Freeport, Bahamas.  We stayed at the Princess Country Club for our trip, and plan on going back every year.  The price is outstanding for the great time.

• Cyberrentals- A listing of vacation rentals in the states and other countries.  I found the last cottage I rented on Lake Michigan here, and it was perfect.  Check out the island in Maine, possibly my next getaway spot!

• Maps On Us- So far the best site I've found for drawing maps and calculating driving directions.   I go to some pretty small out of the way places, and I haven't stumped this one yet.

Fun Stuff

• Talk.com- The best chat site on the web.  Lots of great people, not overpopulated with weirdos and perverts like other chats I've seen.  Come on in and chat with us!

• ICQ- This is a great program.  Compile a list of friends who use it and it will let you message them, chat, send and receive files and URL links.   I like it because you can use the messaging and chat back and forth while working on other things. My ICQ number is 912997

• The Dilbert Zone- The home page of Dilbert, the best comic strip ever.  Come check out the strips, read the list of the day, take the tests, buy cool dilbert stuff, or become a member of the DNRC (Dogberts New Ruling Class)

• The Virtual Bar- A page celebrating drinking; drinking games, toasts, recipes, midi files, and other fun stuff.  Surf responsibly!

• Body/Mind Queendom- Lots of interesting tests here, personality tests, IQ tests, etc.  Also issues of concern to women.

• Shakespearean Insults- Where else can you find something so great to call someone as "Thou unmuzzled unchin-snouted death-token" reload the page for new ones.
